Purpose
The purpose of PIWVS is to understand employees’ perceptions of the importance of values in the work environment and how these values influence their behavior and satisfaction.
Calibration
For calibration, a Likert scale is usually used, where participants rate their level of agreement with various statements related to the values of their work environment.
