Analysis

Purpose
The purpose of the scale is to assess employees’ perceptions of their job characteristics and how these influence their satisfaction, commitment, and performance.
Calibration
The PJCS usually uses a Likert scale for calibration, where participants rate their agreement with various statements related to the characteristics of their job.
