Analysis

The Team Processes Questionnaire is used to evaluate the processes and dynamics within a team. It focuses on aspects such as communication, collaboration, decision-making, and problem-solving in order to better understand how team processes influence performance and effectiveness.

Objective

The objective of the questionnaire is to provide a clear picture of team functioning by highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of its processes. The findings can help improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen collaboration within the team. This can contribute to enhancing the overall performance of the team and achieving its goals.

Calibration

Calibration is carried out through questions answered on a Likert scale (e.g., from “1 = Strongly Disagree” to “5 = Strongly Agree”).
