Analysis
The Organizational Commitment Scale evaluates employees’ commitment to the organization where they work. This commitment can be analyzed into three main dimensions according to the model of Meyer and Allen (1991): Affective Commitment, Continuance Commitment, and Normative Commitment.
Purpose
The purpose of the scale is to provide a clear and reliable measurement of employees’ commitment to the organization. This assessment is important for understanding employee dedication and for improving organizational performance.
Scoring
Scoring is carried out using a Likert scale, where participants rate their agreement with various statements regarding their commitment to the organization. The total scores for each dimension of commitment are calculated and analyzed to provide a comprehensive picture of employees’ organizational commitment.
