Analysis

The Work Orientation Scale (ALLBUS) is part of the ALLBUS (General Social Survey of the Social Sciences), a large German survey that records social attitudes and behaviors. The scale assesses individuals’ attitudes and perceptions regarding work and their professional values.

Purpose

Scoring
