The Feedback Instrument for Rescue Force Development (FIRE) is a
psychometric tool designed to assess the effectiveness of training and development programs for rescue forces. It gathers feedback on critical aspects of training, including: Skill acquisition, Knowledge development, Safety awareness, Overall satisfaction with the training program.
Objective
The primary goal of FIRE is to collect participant feedback on rescue force training programs to: Improve the quality of training, Enhance program effectiveness, Ensure high participant satisfaction, Strengthen overall emergency response capabilities.
Calibration
The scale uses a 5-point Likert rating system (1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree). Higher scores indicate greater training effectiveness and participant satisfaction.
