The Employee Satisfaction With Influence and Ownership Scale (ESWIAOS) is designed to measure employees’ satisfaction with their influence over organizational decisions and their perceived level of ownership, autonomy, authority, and responsibility in their workplace.
Objective
The primary goal of this scale is to assess the extent to which employees feel empowered, involved, and satisfied with their ability to shape organizational policies, workflows, and decision-making processes. This evaluation helps leaders, HR professionals, and organizational psychologists identify factors that enhance employee engagement and motivation.

Responses are typically measured using a 5-point or 7-point Likert scale, ranging from “Strongly Disagree” to “Strongly Agree.”
