Analysis

The Work Values Inventory [WVI-140] is an advanced version of the work values assessment tool, designed to provide a detailed picture of the values that influence professional behavior and job satisfaction.

Purpose

The primary purpose of the WVI-140 is to offer a comprehensive view of the values that affect employees’ professional behavior and satisfaction. This allows organizations to identify which values are most important to their employees and to design strategies and policies that align with these values, thereby improving satisfaction and performance.

Scoring

The WVI-140 includes 140 items covering a wide range of work-related values, such as autonomy, compensation, recognition, and job security. Participants rate the importance of each value from 1 (Not at All Important) to 5 (Very Important).
