Analysis
The Workplace Trust Questionnaire is designed to measure employees’ trust toward their colleagues, supervisors, and the organization in general. Trust is critical for cooperation, commitment, and overall satisfaction in the workplace.
Purpose
The aim of the scale is to identify and analyze levels of trust in the workplace, pinpointing areas where trust may be low or questioned.
Scoring
The scale includes statements that assess trust toward colleagues, supervisors, the organization, and its processes. Participants evaluate the statements from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree), with higher scores indicating higher levels of trust.
