Analysis

The Counterproductive Work Behavior Checklist is a psychometric tool
used to assess employee behaviors that are harmful to an organization. These behaviors include actions that violate organizational rules and policies, cause harm to colleagues or the organization, and reduce overall workplace performance and morale.

Objective

The primary objective of the checklist is to evaluate the frequency and severity of counterproductive behaviors, examine the factors that contribute to them, and aid in developing strategies to mitigate them.

Calibration

The checklist consists of a series of statements to which participants respond using a Likert scale, typically ranging from 1 (Never) to 5 (Always).
