Analysis

The School Success Profile for Learning Organizations is a tool used to assess the ability of schools to function as “learning organizations.” The purpose of the tool is to examine the extent to which a school incorporates characteristics that enable continuous learning, improvement, and adaptation to change.

Purpose

The purpose of the SSP-LO is to evaluate and strengthen the ability of schools to function effectively as learning organizations. This includes enhancing strategies for continuous improvement of educational quality, encouraging collaboration and participation, and developing a learning culture that promotes the growth of all stakeholders.

Scoring

The main dimensions examined include a culture that fosters continuous learning, goal development, knowledge management, promotion of collaboration, and the implementation of evaluation systems. These dimensions are assessed on a Likert scale (e.g., from “1 = Strongly disagree” to “5 = Strongly agree”).
