Analysis
The Organizational Frustration Scale was developed to assess the level of frustration experienced by employees due to the limitations and obstacles they encounter in their workplace. Frustration may arise from various factors, such as resource and communication constraints, poor organization, ineffective management, and bureaucratic barriers.
Purpose
The purpose of the OFS is to provide a clear and reliable measurement of the frustration that employees feel in their workplace.
Calibration
Calibration is carried out using a Likert scale, where participants evaluate the intensity or frequency of their frustration in relation to various statements associated with the dimensions of organizational frustration.
