The Feedback Instrument for Rescue Force Development – Group Work (FIRE-G) is a psychometric tool designed to evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs focused on teamwork within rescue forces. This tool gathers feedback on key aspects of collaborative training, including: Team cooperation, Communication effectiveness, Overall team performance, Satisfaction with group-based training exercises.

Objective

The primary goal of FIRE-G is to assess the effectiveness of teamwork-based training programs from the perspective of the participants. The feedback collected can be used to: Improve team-based training quality, Enhance cooperation and group efficiency, Optimize communication skills and teamwork performance, Increase participant satisfaction with the learning experience.

Calibration

The scale uses a 5-point Likert rating system (1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree). Higher scores indicate greater effectiveness in teamwork development and training satisfaction.
