Purpose of the Questionnaire (Scale)

The purpose of the questionnaire is to record and evaluate organizational culture in various organizations, aiming at classifying their culture into specific types.

Description of the Questionnaire (Scale)

The questionnaire measures four types of organizational culture:
Power culture (characterized by central authority and hierarchy)
Role culture (focused on formal procedures and roles)
Task culture (based on teamwork and problem-solving)
Person culture (emphasizing individual development and well-being)
The tool consists of 15 variables, each with four response options, which correspond to the four types of culture.

Sample of the Questionnaire (Scale)

The Greek adaptation of the questionnaire was based on a sample of 526 employees from the public and private sector, in order to determine its applicability in different work environments.

Reliability of the Questionnaire (Scale)

The questionnaire demonstrates high reliability, with an index of 0.84 according to the split-half method, which indicates consistent and reliable measurement of the dimensions of organizational culture.

Scoring of Questions

The questionnaire evaluates organizational cultures based on the four categories mentioned above and on employees’ responses, which are classified into four options for each variable.

Statistical Analysis

The statistical analysis of the questionnaire includes the measurement of reliability through the split-half method and the scoring of the four culture types based on responses. The results allow for the diagnosis of organizational culture with high accuracy and reliable analysis.

The validity of the questionnaire has been demonstrated through its use in various studies, such as that of Kouskitos (1991) and Koustelios (1996), which confirm its ability to accurately record organizational culture in different sectors and organizations.

The reliability of the tool has been proven through the measurement of Cronbach’s α coefficient, with a high value (0.84), which indicates the reliability and stability of the results across different studies.
