Scale Analysis
The scale includes 26 items designed to measure attitudes regarding HIV and people who may be infected, sexual behaviors and safer sex practices, as well as discussion and learning about AIDS.
Purpose
The aim of the AHAHCS-26 scale is to assess the attitudes and perceptions of Hispanic college students regarding HIV/AIDS, including their sexual behaviors, safer sexual practices, and their willingness to discuss and learn about AIDS.
Scale Calibration
The AHAHCS-26 scale consists of 26 items that are rated using the following response options:
1 = Strongly Agree
2 = Agree
3 = Uncertain
4 = Disagree
5 = Strongly Disagree
