Analysis

The Unconditional Self-Acceptance Questionnaire assesses an individual’s ability to accept themselves without conditions or limitations. In psychology, unconditional self-acceptance refers to the ability to recognize one’s value and dignity regardless of successes or failures, mistakes, or weaknesses.

Purpose

The main purpose of the Unconditional Self-Acceptance Questionnaire is to measure the degree to which a person accepts themselves unconditionally. The tool aims to examine inner acceptance, the appreciation of self-worth that is not dependent on external factors, and the effects on interpersonal relationships.

Scoring

The questionnaire includes statements that are usually rated on a 5- or 7-point Likert scale. The overall score is obtained by summing the scores for the individual statements, with higher scores indicating a higher level of unconditional self-acceptance.
