Analysis
The Domestic Violence Coping Self-Efficacy Measure (DVCSE) is a psychometric tool that examines the ability of victims to manage, adapt, and seek support in situations of domestic violence.
Purpose
The purpose of the DVCSE is to measure individuals’ self-efficacy in coping with domestic violence, to identify support needs, and to contribute to the development of intervention programs and empowerment of victims.
Scoring
Scoring is carried out using statements evaluated by participants on a 5-point Likert scale (“not at all capable” to “extremely capable”).
