Analysis

The Subordinate Function Scale is used to evaluate the functioning and behavior of employees or subordinates within an organization.

Purpose

The main purpose of the scale is to provide a structured assessment of performance, cooperation, professional behavior, and the perception of support and development of employees from the perspective of their managers or colleagues. The scale helps improve the understanding of subordinates’ strengths and weaknesses, identifying areas that require reinforcement or change.

Calibration

The scale usually includes a series of questions or statements that are rated on a Likert scale from “1 = Strongly disagree” to “5 = Strongly agree.”
