Analysis

The Pressure Management Indicator Questionnaire usually focuses on the perception of stress, the strategies used to manage it, its effects, and its sources.

Objective

The aim of the questionnaire is to identify the levels and sources of stress experienced by employees, to evaluate the strategies they use for managing this stress, and to determine the impact of stress on their performance and well-being.

Calibration

Participants assess the intensity of the stress they experience and the effectiveness of the strategies they use to manage it on a 5- or 7-point Likert scale. By analyzing the overall scores, organizations can identify the areas that require intervention and develop strategies to improve stress management.
