Analysis
The Perceived Job Stressors Scale examines various factors that employees perceive as causes of stress at work, such as workload, time management, relationships with colleagues, sense of stability, and reorganization.
Purpose
The aim of the scale is to identify and measure the specific causes of stress that employees perceive in their work.
Calibration
For calibration, a Likert scale is usually used, with which participants evaluate the frequency or intensity of the stressful factors they experience at work. The overall scores help in the categorization and analysis of the main causes of stress.
