Purpose
The purpose of the scale is to provide a clear and reliable measurement of employees’ orientations toward the organization. This assessment helps organizations better understand the preferences and values of their employees and to develop strategies to strengthen alignment between employees and organizational goals.
Calibration
The calibration of the scale is done using a Likert scale, where participants rate the degree of their agreement with various statements related to the dimensions of organizational orientation.
