Analysis
Organizational Commitment, Profession and Form of Employment refers to the sense of belonging and the dedication of employees toward their organization, as well as to their working conditions. The dimensions include affective, continuance, and normative commitment for organizational commitment; dedication to the profession, the individual’s intention to remain in the profession, and development and advancement for professional commitment; and permanent, temporary, part-time employment, and self-employment for the forms of employment.
Objectives
The objectives of OCPFE are to understand employees’ perceptions of their organization, to evaluate their dedication and their intention to remain and develop in their work, and to examine the effects of different forms of employment on individuals’ satisfaction and performance.
