Analysis

The Organizational Citizenship Behavior Checklist is designed to evaluate the voluntary, positive behaviors that employees demonstrate in the workplace, which contribute to the well-being and effectiveness of the organization.

Purpose

The purpose of the OCB-C is to provide a structured and reliable measurement of employees’ organizational behaviors that are not typically recorded in their job descriptions. The assessment of these behaviors helps organizations better understand the workplace culture and strengthen the positive behaviors that contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Scoring

Scoring is carried out using a 5-point Likert scale (from “never” to “always”), where participants rate the frequency with which they display specific behaviors.
