Analysis
Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) evaluates employees’ discretionary behaviors that contribute to improving the overall performance of the organization. These behaviors are not typically part of employees’ formal duties but have a significant impact on the work environment and team performance. The main dimensions of OCB include altruism, conscientiousness, courtesy, and team spirit.
Objective
The objective of the questionnaire is to assess the extent to which employees demonstrate behaviors that contribute to organizational well-being and effectiveness.
Calibration
Calibration is carried out using a Likert scale, where participants rate the frequency or intensity of their behaviors across various statements related to the dimensions of OCB.
