Analysis
The Job-Related Tension Index Measure (JRTIM) assesses the level of work-related stress and the work environment’s impact on employee well-being. It identifies sources of tension, such as: Workload pressures, Interpersonal relationships with colleagues and supervisors, Work conditions and job demands.
Objective
The primary aim of the JRTIM is to evaluate sources of work-related stress and identify areas where interventions may be needed to enhance the work environment.
Calibration
The scale consists of Likert-scale questions (e.g., 1 = Strongly Disagree to 5 = Strongly Agree) measuring: Job demands and workload stress, Interpersonal conflicts and work relationships, Environmental stressors in the workplace.
