Analysis
The Intellectual, Social, Affective Engagement Scale (ISA) evaluates three dimensions of employee engagement: intellectual, social, and affective engagement. This scale is useful for understanding how employees connect with their work and organization and how these connections impact their performance and job satisfaction.
Objective
The purpose of the scale is to measure the extent to which employees are intellectually, socially, and emotionally engaged in their work. This measurement helps in understanding overall employee involvement and commitment to the organization.
Calibration
The scale consists of statements to which participants respond using a 5-point Likert scale. The responses are aggregated to calculate overall scores for each dimension of engagement.
