Analysis
The High-Performance Team Survey (HPTS) is a psychometric tool designed to assess team effectiveness and performance. This survey helps organizations understand the characteristics and practices that contribute to building and maintaining high-performing teams.
Objective
The HPTS aims to: Evaluate the effectiveness of team processes and strategies, Identify areas for improvement in collaboration, leadership, and productivity, Enhance teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution.
Calibration
The survey measures key dimensions of high-performance teams, including: Collaboration and teamwork, Communication and feedback, Leadership and role clarity, Conflict management and problem-solving, Productivity and goal alignment. Responses are collected using a 5-point Likert scale (1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree).
