Analysis
The German Managerial Practice Survey (GMPS) is a psychometric tool designed to assess managerial practices and strategies within organizations. It evaluates how management strategies are implemented and helps identify areas for improvement in leadership and organizational effectiveness.
Objective
The GMPS aims to: Analyze the effectiveness of managerial strategies, Assess leadership capabilities and decision-making, Improve managerial communication and organizational efficiency.
Calibration
The survey evaluates key dimensions of managerial practice, including: Strategic leadership and decision-making, Communication and organizational coordination, Managerial adaptability and innovation. Responses are collected using a 5-point Likert scale (1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree).
