Purpose

The evaluation of the degree of leadership behaviors in a workplace context, with emphasis on the five dimensions of transformational leadership: Vision, Inspirational Communication, Intellectual Stimulation, Supportive Leadership, and Personal Recognition.

Short Description

The questionnaire consists of five scales, each with three items. Participants rate their level of agreement with each statement on a Likert scale (1 = strongly disagree, 5 = strongly agree). Completion time is approximately 5 minutes and it is intended for adult populations.

Sample

It is in the final stage of development. It has been translated into Greek and tested on a sample of 408 individuals across Greece.

Scoring Method

Each statement is rated from 1 to 5, depending on the degree of agreement of the participant.

Validity

The questionnaire demonstrates good face validity.

Reliability

It shows very good internal consistency (α = 0.93). The reliability indices per scale are:
Vision: α = 0.73
Inspirational Communication: α = 0.77
Intellectual Stimulation: α = 0.79
Supportive Leadership: α = 0.75
Personal Recognition: α = 0.87
