Analysis

The Index of Organizational Reactions (IOR) is designed to measure employees’ responses to various aspects of their organization. It evaluates factors such as job satisfaction, perceptions of fairness, trust in leadership, and organizational commitment.

Objective

The purpose of this questionnaire is to capture employees’ reactions to various organizational practices and policies, understand how these perceptions influence overall job satisfaction and commitment, and examine the relationship between organizational reactions and employee performance.

Calibration

The scale is calibrated through a series of statements to which participants are asked to respond or rate on a Likert scale (ranging from 1 = Strongly Disagree to 5 = Strongly Agree). The analysis of responses provides data for calculating overall scores that represent the level of organizational reactions.
