The Feedback Instrument for Rescue Force Development – Exercises for Independent Work (FIRE-EV) is a psychometric tool designed to evaluate the effectiveness of training exercises intended for independent learning by rescue force members. Objective
The primary goal of FIRE-EV is to collect feedback from participants on the effectiveness of self-directed exercises in training programs. The insights gathered can be used to: Improve training materials and exercises, Enhance clarity and applicability of training instructions, Ensure participants are well-prepared for practical scenarios.
Calibration
The scale uses a 5-point Likert rating system (1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree).Higher scores indicate greater effectiveness and satisfaction with the independent training exercises.
