The Feedback Instrument for Rescue Force Development – Emergency Training (FIRE-E) is a psychometric tool designed to assess the effectiveness of emergency training programs for rescue forces. It collects feedback on key aspects of training, including: Acquisition of emergency response skills, Knowledge of protocols and procedures, Safety and risk management, Overall satisfaction with the training program.

Objective

The primary goal of FIRE-E is to collect feedback from participants in emergency training programs for rescue forces. The insights gained can be used to: Improve training quality and content, Enhance program effectiveness, Increase trainee confidence and satisfaction.

Calibration

The scale uses a 5-point Likert rating system (1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree).Higher scores indicate greater effectiveness and participant satisfaction with the training.
