Analysis
The Coping with Organizational Change Scale helps to understand how employees respond to changes in the workplace and the factors influencing their adaptation.
Objective
The primary objective of the scale is to assess the strategies employees use to cope with organizational changes and evaluate their effectiveness.
Calibration
The scale includes statements related to various coping strategies and reactions, such as stress management, seeking support, avoidance and denial, and positive responses to change. Participants rate the statements using a Likert scale, typically ranging from 1 (Not at all) to 5 (Very much).
