Analysis
The Deviant Behaviors Scale is used to assess behaviors that deviate from accepted social and organizational norms. These behaviors include actions that may be harmful to the organization or colleagues, such as rule violations, unethical conduct, and causing harm or damage.
Objective
The primary goal of the scale is to identify and evaluate deviant behaviors in the workplace and provide data that can be used to develop strategies for preventing and managing such behaviors.
Calibration
The scale consists of a series of statements to which participants respond using a Likert scale, typically ranging from 1 (Never) to 5 (Very Often).
