Analysis

The analysis of the results from the Professionalism Index involves examining the individual parameters measured by the questionnaire, such as communication skills, responsibility, time management, and the ability to work effectively in a team. The results are usually analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively to determine the individual’s level of adherence to professional standards. The analysis may include comparisons with standards or group/sector averages to evaluate relative professional competence.

Purpose

The main goal of the Professionalism Index is to assess and improve individuals’ professional behavior. The use of the questionnaire can help organizations identify areas needing improvement, provide targeted training, and promote higher standards of professionalism. Additionally, the PI can be used as a self-assessment tool for individuals who wish to examine and improve their own professional attitude and behavior.

Calibration

The calibration of the Professionalism Index is carried out based on the analysis of the responses given in the questionnaire. The scores are categorized into scales that represent different levels of professional behavior and are typically compared to predefined standards or goals. The calibration scales are designed to highlight areas of strong competencies as well as areas that may require improvement.
