Analysis

The Self and Peer Assessment Form is a tool used to evaluate an individual’s skills, performance, or characteristics both by themselves (self-assessment) and by their peers (peer assessment). This tool is typically used in educational settings, professional teams, or organizations to provide a multidimensional evaluation of performance and behavior.

Purpose

The main purpose of the form is to provide a comprehensive picture of an individual’s performance and abilities through self-assessment and feedback from colleagues or classmates.

Scoring

The form usually includes a series of questions or statements that are rated on a Likert scale. The overall score may result from the combination of self-assessment scores and peer assessment scores, or they may be examined separately in order to identify differences and agreements.
