Analysis
The Outcome Questionnaire (OQ-45.2) is an assessment tool used to evaluate mental health and individual well-being. The OQ-45.2 is a shortened version of the original OQ-45 and was designed to monitor individuals’ progress in therapy and assess changes in their psychological condition.
Objective
The primary goal of the OQ-45.2 is to provide a quantitative measure of mental well-being and clinical progress for individuals undergoing therapy.
Scoring
The OQ-45.2 includes 45 questions that assess three core domains: mental health symptoms, functionality, and interpersonal relationships. The questions are answered using a Likert scale (usually from 1 to 5), where 1 means “never” and 5 means “always.” Scores are summed to determine the individual’s overall mental status and therapeutic progress.
