Description of the Questionnaire

This questionnaire has been designed as part of a research project aimed at exploring educators’ attitudes and views regarding administrative practices within the school environment. It consists of 20 questions, structured into three main sections: (a) Planning and Organization, (b) Participation in Decision-Making, and (c) Leadership Effectiveness. The questions are mostly closed-ended (using a 5-point Likert scale), allowing for quantitative analysis, while one open-ended question is included for additional comments.

Data Analysis and Use

The collected data will be analyzed using descriptive statistical tools (mean, standard deviation), and where necessary, correlational techniques (e.g., Pearson or Spearman correlation). The analysis aims to draw conclusions about participants’ perceptions concerning administrative practices and their involvement in decision-making processes. The results will be used exclusively for academic purposes, with full adherence to ethical standards and participant anonymity.

Objective

The objective of this questionnaire is to record and evaluate educators’ attitudes towards administrative procedures within school units. Specifically, it aims to investigate their perception of their involvement in decision-making processes and the effectiveness of current leadership mechanisms. The findings are expected to contribute to the improvement of educational leadership practices and the design of relevant training programs.

Scoring

The Likert scale ranges from 1 to 5 (1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree). The questions are grouped and scored by thematic section. Overall analysis includes comparison of mean scores across topics. The scoring is used to identify perception trends, concerns, and potential gaps in school administrative culture.
