Analysis

The Work Values Questionnaire by Schwartz (1994) is a tool designed to assess work-related values and to understand how these values influence career choices, job satisfaction, and employee behavior.

Purpose

The purpose of the scale is to identify and understand the core values that employees consider important in their work.

Scoring

The scale includes values such as autonomy, achievement, security, and recognition. Participants rate the importance of each value to them from 1 (Not at All Important) to 5 (Very Important), with higher scores indicating greater importance.
