Analysis

The Violence Prevention Climate Survey is an assessment tool used to evaluate an organization’s climate and practices regarding violence prevention.

Objective

The objective of the survey is to provide a clear picture of how violence prevention policies and practices are perceived and implemented by employees. This allows organizations to identify any weaknesses or gaps in their strategies and to develop improvement measures to enhance safety and well-being in the workplace.

Calibration

The calibration of the survey usually involves the use of questionnaires that include Likert scales or other assessment methods to record employees’ perceptions and experiences.
