The Individual Beliefs About Organizational Ethics (IBAOE) questionnaire is a psychometric tool designed to evaluate employees’ perceptions of organizational ethics. It assesses various ethical dimensions, including: Transparency, Integrity, Accountability, Fair treatment.

Objective

The IBAOE aims to: Understand employees’ perceptions and concerns about ethical practices within their organization, Assess the impact of perceived ethics on employee attitudes and behaviors, Help organizations identify ethical strengths and areas for improvement.

Calibration

The questionnaire measures multiple dimensions of organizational ethics using a 5-point or 7-point Likert scale, where responses range from: “Strongly Disagree” to “Strongly Agree” Or “Never” to “Always” for specific behavioral statements.
