The Elementary School Success Profile for Teachers (ESSP-T) is a psychometric tool designed to evaluate students’ success from the perspective of their teachers. The ESSP-T assesses multiple dimensions of school success, including: Academic performance, Classroom behavior, Social skills, Emotional well-being, Engagement in school activities.

Objective

The primary goal of ESSP-T is to gather teachers’ insights into students’ progress and challenges. This information helps educators, school administrators, and mental health professionals develop targeted interventions to enhance both academic achievement and emotional well-being.

Calibration

Responses are collected using a 5-point Likert scale, ranging from “Strongly Disagree” to “Strongly Agree.” The total score is obtained by summing or averaging the scores across different dimensions.
