Analysis
The Frustration with Work Scale (FWWS) is a psychometric tool designed to measure the level of frustration employees experience regarding work conditions and demands. This scale assesses how employees perceive and experience frustration, which can impact job satisfaction, productivity, and overall well-being.
Objective
The primary goal of FWWS is to assess the intensity and causes of work-related frustration. Insights from this evaluation can help organizations: Identify sources of frustration in the workplace. Develop interventions to improve the work environment. Enhance employee well-being, engagement, and productivity.
Calibration
The scale evaluates key dimensions of work frustration, including: Lack of support from management or colleagues, Conflicting job demands, Absence of recognition and appreciation, Insufficient resources to perform tasks effectively. Responses are collected using a 5-point Likert scale (1 = Strongly Disagree, 5 = Strongly Agree).
