The Individualized Management Style Questionnaire (IMSQ) is designed to assess the leadership and management style of managers or leaders in the workplace. Leadership plays a crucial role in productivity, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness. This questionnaire examines various dimensions of leadership style, such as: Adaptability – The ability of a leader to adjust their management style based on different situations, Employee Support – Encouragement, guidance, and empowerment of employees, Delegation of Responsibilities – Distributing authority and responsibilities among employees, Decision-Making – Participatory vs. autocratic decision-making styles, Development and Coaching – Providing opportunities for skill development and career growth.
Objective
The IMSQ aims to: Record the leadership approaches of managers, Analyze how different management styles impact employee performance and satisfaction, Correlate leadership style with organizational goals and strategies.
Scoring
The questionnaire is rated using a 5-point or 7-point Likert scale (1 = Strongly Disagree to 5 = Strongly Agree). The responses can be summed and analyzed to reflect an individual’s overall leadership style.
