Analysis
The Chinese Organizational Citizenship Scale (COCS) is used to assess organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in Chinese workplace environments. Organizational citizenship behavior refers to voluntary and non-mandatory employee actions that contribute to the efficient functioning of an organization beyond formal job requirements.
Objective
The goal of the COCS is to evaluate employees’ voluntary behaviors and examine how these behaviors contribute to overall organizational performance and well-being.
Calibration
The scale is measured using a Likert scale, typically ranging from 1 (Never) to 5 (Always).
