Analysis

The Valued Living Questionnaire Version 2 (VLQ2) is a revised psychometric tool that assesses the extent to which individuals live in accordance with their personal values across various life domains. This version includes improvements and additions compared to the original version to provide a more comprehensive and accurate assessment.

Purpose

The primary goal of the VLQ2 is to evaluate the importance and attainment of personal values in different areas of life, such as family, friendships, work, health, and more.

Scoring

The VLQ2 consists of two main components: Importance of Values and Living According to Values. Participants are asked to rate the importance of each value on a scale from 1 (Not at all important/Not at all true) to 10 (Extremely important/Completely true). The total scores help understand how closely a person lives in alignment with their values and which areas may require attention.
