Analysis
The questionnaire used in this study is a standardized tool developed by V. Aletras and his collaborators. It contains 37 items, divided into open-ended and closed-ended questions.
Objective
The objective of the study that utilized this specific questionnaire is to measure the satisfaction of beneficiaries from the “Help at Home” program. This is achieved through the use of a standardized instrument containing 37 statements, divided into open and closed questions.
Scoring
The scoring of the questionnaire used in the study, developed by V. Aletras and his colleagues, is based on Likert scales for the closed-ended questions. Likert scales are a common method of assessment that allows participants to express their level of agreement or disagreement with each statement.
Analysis Methodology
For the analysis of the results, negative statements (all even-numbered questions) are reverse-coded, then summed, and subsequently divided by their total number to yield the overall satisfaction score.
Statistical Analysis
Statistical methods, such as factor analysis, were employed to examine the internal consistency of the subscales and the overall structure of the questionnaire.
Validity and Reliability
In addition to validity, the reliability of the questionnaire was measured to ensure that the results are consistent and reproducible. Reliability is assessed using indicators such as Cronbach’s alpha coefficient.
