Analysis

The School Work Culture Profile is a tool used to evaluate the work culture within school environments. Work culture in a school includes the values, beliefs, and behaviors that guide the school’s operation and the interactions among teachers, administrative staff, and students.

Purpose

The purpose of the SWCP is to provide an overall picture of the work culture in a school setting, identifying areas that need improvement and suggesting strategies for enhancing collaboration, support, and communication.

Calibration

The scale uses questions that are typically answered on a Likert scale (e.g., from “1 = Strongly Disagree” to “5 = Strongly Agree”). The responses to these questions are analyzed to provide a comprehensive overview of the school’s work culture.
