The Organizational Culture Profile (OCP) was developed to assess the values and beliefs that shape an organization’s culture. The key dimensions covered by the OCP include innovation, stability, aggressiveness, attention to detail, results orientation, people orientation, and team orientation.
Objective
The objective of the OCP is to provide a clear and reliable measurement of organizational culture by evaluating the values that are important to the organization.
Calibration
Calibration is conducted using the Q-sort method, where participants classify a series of statements representing different values into categories ranging from strong agreement to strong disagreement.
