Analysis

The Collective Orientation Scale (COS) measures individuals’ attitudes and behaviors related to teamwork, collaboration, and sense of belonging within a group.

Objective

The primary goal of the scale is to provide a clear assessment of individuals’ inclination towards collaboration and collective work, evaluating their willingness to engage in teamwork versus individual work.

Calibration

The scale consists of a series of statements where participants respond using a Likert scale, typically ranging from 1 (Strongly Disagree) to 5 (Strongly Agree).
